Pulsing with an effort that weakens your airway,Which way do you turn when no way seems right? Which way do you turn when every way is dim and you’re in a hurry to recognize now? But you know it never works that way. You never figure out the uncertainty right away. It just never happens that way.
One way grabbed you with no worries. But then you were told no, so you went another way and no came by again drenching you in tears that discolored your fears. Time goes by in a blink of an eye. You’ve heard the expression before, but it never meant more than it does right now. You think you’re in the same place – you think no big changes have been made. But I see you blind yourself to the skyscrapers you’ve filled into your pain-impressed spaces. You touch the sky in places that the airplane you hear go by cannot reach.
This is what I say to all of this… You haven’t lost yourself. Be proud of what you have to say. Now you can say you’ve fought for yourself in a way no one else could. You’ve stopped your heart from nearly ripping apart. You’ve seen the peace that passes all tolerant. The fire life exploded almost burnt down the only home you had left – you. But you stopped it before you burned all the way to the bone. You’ve been saved by waters that have always wanted to save you. You’ve been saved. Don’t look away now. Go that way. The way your heart is leading.
You think your life is a absolute mess right now, but that’s not even the worst of it Says your Heart …
No One even you can’t even put your finger on all that seems amiss, yet you know your life is off-track and you feel continuously haunted by your powerlessness to set things right. You who are usually good at solving problems have no idea where to begin to unpick this mess that is your life.
What your “logical mind” is imploring you for right now are solutions … answers … tangible ways to deal with your issues. And, I get it – the issues can emerge to be monsters. When you’re not feeling economically secure or getting the love you want in your life or finding the meaning and purpose you’re dreaming of, it feels pretty crappy. When you’re plagued by mistakes you made or by mounting harms that keep coming out of the blue, you just want to know what steps you can take right now to make the pain stop.
It’s funny in a way that we approach solving our biggest challenges in life with the same philosophy patterns that we use to complete a crossword puzzle. No surprise, it doesn’t work! We want to control the world around us. We take pride in our ability to fix things … control things … in fact … control nearly everything. But that’s a heavy load to put on yourself and there are times when it’s simply impossible for your logical mind to give you the peace and assurance you need.
When life feels like a mess, I can’t highlight this enough
When we “fixers” can’t fix things, we get worried, scared and sometimes we even turn on ourselves thinking there’s something wrong with us. Confidence plummets.
What you may need to believe though is that the answers you seek to the seemingly gigantic web of challenges you face won’t be found in your mind. You need to go deeper – deeper into self-love – deeper into linking with your intelligent core that resides within you.
So here’s my advice if you think your life is a absolute mess right now: give yourself a break and breathe. Sit in a quiet place where you feel safe, comfortable and inspired.
Once you’re “feeling” gratitude throughout your body, here’s the trick : Take in three or four slow profound breaths. When you feel calm, seek the wisdom within your soul by asking: What are you trying to tell me that I’ve been too busy to hear? What’s the most significant thing that I need to know right now?” Then listen patiently and quietly for the answer.
Am I sounding a little mad? You came here for advice on fixing you’re messed up life. Is what I’m contribution here even close to enough
Well, I know this could sound crazy, but I am advising this because your head is revolving right now and because of that you can’t hear the wisdom within.
You’re so paying attention on the fact that you think your life is messed up, that you can’t focus on anything else.
“All is well. Everything is working out for my uppermost good. Out of this situation only good will comes. I am safe.” Whenever there are issues in my life that I’m harassed with, It’s worked miracles in our life — one might give it a try.
Finally, despite the consequences of what you’re going through, or how tremendous your pain feels right now, your life is not now nor was it ever a mess. it’s your philosophy that makes it feel that way. You’re on a path and everything you’re going through has purpose — it’s not phenomenon “to” you, it’s happening for you. Pay concentration and look for the lessons this time in your life is offering to you. Take this chance to GROW through it, not just go through it. And, don’t forget to breathe!
